We first met Brianna Kroskob at the National Western Stock Show in Denver in 2004. Within five minutes of meeting Brianna, we knew she was very special. Over the years, we have surrounded ourselves with people who are honest, hard working, strong in values and have a wonderful sense of life. Brianna is an exceptional young woman who we felt we could help in her endeavors to become a champion breeder. She is our first sponsorship and she has brought to us much greater joy than we could ever imagine.
Brianna was born in Fort Morgan, Colorado. She comes from a farming background where three generations of Kroskobs have toiled the land. She learned how to ride when she was five and became the owner of her first horse, a grey pony named Smokey, when she was seven, which she bought with the help of her father and savings from her weekly allowance. In sixth grade, she began her career, showing her second horse, a white Arabian named Quaema. Since then she has owned a number of different horses and worked with a number of different breeds until finally deciding to concentrate her efforts to the Paint Horse breed. In 2002, she acquired Mr. Genuine Dun, who before to long, was the 2003 High Point Yearling Stallion with three grands and seven reserves.
Brianna began her college career at Northeastern Junior College, studied there for two years, and is now studying Equine/Animal Science at Colorado State University, specializing in Equine and Bovine Reproduction. When she graduates from CSU she wants to open her own Reproduction Facility in Colorado.
We are fortunate to have met Brianna and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors. She has become a good friend, a great addition to our company and a wonderful example to the next generation.
